Reviews and Ratings
I had a nice stay at this hotel, especially with the clean and comfortable rooms that offered a relaxing view of the gardens by the creek. The service was attentive and quite helpful, which made my experience enjoyable. However, I felt the room pricing could be more reasonable, and the bed configuration wasn't ideal for older kids traveling with parents. Overall, it was convenient for my needs, being close to the beach and Byron Bay.
I had a pretty good stay at the hotel, overall. The triple room had plenty of space which was great, although I observed that it was slightly outdated. The staff was super helpful and got in touch with me ahead of time to let me know the room was ready for check-in. The location was really convenient, near all the attractions. However, I felt the price could have reflected a bit more value given some of the outdated features.
I had a great stay at this hotel during peak season. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing excellent value for money compared to other places I considered. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and local shops. However, I wished there were more shaded areas available for the kids at the pool.
My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, with easy access to a lovely grassy area, which I appreciated. The staff made me feel very welcome and catered to my needs with smiles. However, I found the dining options a bit limiting, and the lack of shade around the pool made it less comfortable to spend time there, especially with young kids. Still, considering the great value for money, I would recommend it.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and clean, which I really appreciated, but they felt quite outdated and could definitely use a revamp. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, but the location, while convenient for visiting nearby attractions, could benefit from a bit more shade around the pool area for families. Overall, it’s a decent spot but not without its drawbacks.
